Tenstaterrassen is being developed with a new care and residential facility with 80 units. In the longer term, housing, LSS accommodation and a garage will also be built here. The property is located on the outskirts of Tensta and is an entirely new residential area built on a deck over the E18 and Hjulstavägen. A 15-year lease has been signed with Ersta diakoni.
