Utveckling

The property is located in the Årby Norra district, north of Eskilstuna city centre. The district is covered by a new detailed plan where approximately 700 new homes, a preschool, offices, shops, a parking garage and a new care and residential facility are planned. The illustration shows the preschool with the senior care facility to the west and the sheltered housing to the north. A green courtyard is created primarily for the preschool but also for the senior care facility.
