Nöthagen
Nöthagen is a unique urban development project in Nyköping transforming over 9.9 hectares of industrial land into a vibrant city district. Inspired by the area's industrial heritage, a modern urban environment is created where historic buildings are preserved and repurposed. The project includes approximately 1,600 residences, over 11,000 sqm of commercial space, as well as cultural venues, restaurants and a hotel. A promenade with parks and plazas connects the area to Nyköping's new transport hub.
