We are developing the Linnéstaden district in Kalmar in collaboration with P&E Fastigheter. Two point blocks with nine floors and a total of 72 rental apartments began construction in 2025. All apartments except 1.5-room units have a balcony or patio. Good bicycle parking will be available adjacent to the entrances and bicycle storage in the basement below the recycling room, which also serves as a shelter. Recycling facilities for sorted waste will be located in the courtyard, and the green areas will be connected with Puman 2, where a playground and barbecue area already exist. The area is close to parking, shops and nature areas, and it is not far to Kalmar city centre.
